Many of us were taught to treat dreams as riddles, symbols or coded messages about our lives. Embodied Experiential Dreamwork invites us to understand dreaming by engaging with it directly.

 Drawing on Focusing, Jungian and Gestalt traditions, Embodied Experiential Dreamwork invites the dreamer back into the dream itself, where its images, characters and atmosphere are still alive and waiting to be met. What unfolds, when we re-enter the dreamscape, is a mutual conversation between dreamer and dream that carries both forward in creative, unexpected ways.

 The approach is useful for clinical dreamwork, nightmare treatment and personal/spiritual exploration.
